Aura.me is an online destination for luxury aroma diffusers and fragrance oils, offering premium scents inspired by world-class fragrances at accessible prices.

Aura.me is operated by LUXODOR PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It’s a 12-month subscription service, currently available only within GCC countries, that provides:

• Free use of a diffuser machine
• Monthly professional aroma oils
• Installation, maintenance, and scent setup
• Ongoing support and automatic refills

The diffuser machine remains the property of Aura.me at all times and is provided free for use only during an active subscription.

Normal wear and tear is accepted. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling may be charged to the client.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension and collection of the diffuser machine.

Yes. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, Aura.me will arrange collection of the diffuser machine.

• International orders: Delivery time is confirmed during order processing

Ensure your delivery address, location details, and contact number are complete and accurate.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

All transactions are encrypted and handled exclusively by Stripe, our certified and legally authorized payment provider. Stripe is responsible for securely processing and managing your payment information.

Contact us immediately at info@aura.me with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

• Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.

• Most returns happen because of incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order for guidance.
• Returns due to size selection are not considered the seller’s fault.

For non-subscription product orders, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Products with less than 90% of original content remaining are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Used or opened items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend tracked and insured shipping and retaining delivery records.
  

Return requirements:

1. Include your order reference number
2. Attach the original invoice

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

• Before dispatch: Full refund available.
• After dispatch: Item must be returned first; shipping charges are non-refundable.
