AURA.ME – AROMA DIFFUSER SUBSCRIPTION POLICY


1. Service Provider

Aura.me provides professional aroma diffuser services, including diffuser machine usage, aroma oils, and maintenance, as part of a subscription program.

2. Diffuser Machine

  • The diffuser machine is provided free of charge for use during the active subscription period only.
  • Ownership remains with Aura.me at all times.
  • Upon subscription cancellation, termination, or non-renewal, Aura.me has the right to collect the machine within a reasonable period.
  • Normal wear and tear is accepted.
  • Any damage due to misuse or improper handling may be charged to the client.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees:

AURA Compact 150 AED
AURA Pro 300 AED
AURA Jumbo 500 AED

Subscription Term: 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Services Included

Subscription includes:

  • Diffuser machine usage
  • Professional aroma oils
  • Maintenance and support
  • Installation and scent setup

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and equipment collection.

6. Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel the subscription with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon cancellation, Aura.me will arrange collection of the diffuser machine.

7. Liability

  • Aura.me is not responsible for misuse of the equipment or damage caused by improper handling.
  • The client agrees to use the diffuser in accordance with provided instructions.

8. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
