  • - The diffuser machine is provided as part of your Aura.me subscription and remains the property of Aura.me at all times. You have access to use the machine only while your subscription is active.

    * If your subscription ends, is canceled, or not renewed, Aura.me will arrange to collect the machine within a reasonable period.

  • - Yes, either party can cancel the subscription with 30 days written notice. After cancellation, Aura.me will arrange to collect the diffuser machine.

    * Normal wear and tear is accepted, but any damage due to misuse may be charged to the client.
